How can you use VPC with AWS Lambda?
When you configure a Lambda function for a VPC:
- You specify one or more subnets.
- You specify one or more security groups.
- AWS creates Elastic Network Interfaces (ENIs) in those subnets.
- The Lambda function uses those ENIs to communicate with resources inside the VPC.
