How can I copy an EBS snapshot between different EC2 regions?
Using the AWS Management Console
under Elastic Block Store, select Snapshots
Click Actions at the top right, and then choose Copy snapshot.
In the configuration window:
Destination Region: Select the target AWS Region you want to send the snapshot to.
Description: Add or modify the description if needed.
Encryption: Check this box if you want to encrypt the snapshot in the destination region (you can select your target region's default or custom KMS master key).
Click Copy snapshot
