To recover a failed EBS volume and make it available with no downtime: 1)Create a snapshot of the failed EBS volume to preserve data. 2)Launch a new EC2 instance (if necessary) in the same Availability Zone and attach the failed EBS volume to it. 3)Detach the volume from the original EC2 instance if needed and attach it to the new EC2 instance. 4)Mount the volume on the new EC2 instance to access the data. 5)If the volume is corrupted, restore the data from the snapshot by creating a new EBS volume and attaching it. 6)Reattach the fixed or restored volume back to the original EC2 instance if required.
