What will happen ,if we remove the peering but didn't remove its corresponding route ?

If we remove a VPC peering but don’t remove its routes, the routes remain but show as blackhole.

Yes. VPC peering can be established between VPCs in different AWS accounts, as long as both VPC owners accept the peering connection.
