what is the difference between Internet gateway and NAT gateway

An Internet Gateway (IGW) enables two-way (bidirectional) public internet traffic for resources with public IP addresses in a VPC, while a NAT Gateway (NGW) enables one-way outbound-only internet access for instances in private subnets while blocking unsolicited inbound connections.
