What is AWS Global Accelerator, and how does it differ from CloudFront?

AWS Global Accelerator gives you static IPs and routes TCP/UDP traffic over the AWS backbone to the nearest healthy endpoint.

Amazon CloudFront is a CDN that caches and delivers HTTP/HTTPS content from edge locations.

Global Accelerator = optimize network routing for any protocol.
CloudFront = optimize content delivery with caching
