What happens to your billing if you provision a Capacity Reservation but leave the instance unlaunched or stopped?
Capacity Reservation is charged even if no EC2 instance is launched.
If the instance is stopped but the reservation remains active, you still pay.
To stop the reservation charges, release/cancel the Capacity Reservation.
