What are the steps to create and configure a VPC?

To create and configure a VPC, first create the VPC with a CIDR block, then create public and private subnets, attach an Internet Gateway, configure route tables, deploy a NAT Gateway for private subnet internet access, set up Security Groups and NACLs, launch resources, and enable monitoring with VPC Flow Logs and CloudWatch.

By default, you can create up to 2,500 Security Groups per VPC. This quota can be increased through AWS Service Quotas if required.
