If your website is configured in Internet Information Services IIS but still not accessible from the internet, first check that inbound port 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS) are allowed in the server firewall and cloud security group. Make sure the server has a public IP or DNS name, the IIS website is started, and the correct bindings are set. Also verify Windows Firewall and test connectivity from outside the network.
