No, you cannot. This is because shared tenancy is by default allowing to run on the same hardware as the other customers. Since, it specifies no sharing with other customers, it is not possible to use shared tenancy here.

No we can’t use shared instances for the mentioned condition. Since your requirement is not to the hardware with other customers, you can choose the dedicated instance option, wherein you can have a dedicated hardware which can run only your instances.
