A new replication process must be initiated to re-sync. This can be done by creating a new replication between the two file systems in the AWS management console, which will sync the data from that point forward. Another option is to take a snapshot of the OFS & restore it to the RFS. After re-syncing, replication can be re-enabled to keep the data in sync automatically.
