If we create an instance with 30 GB root volume, and add volume for another 30 GB at the time of launching the instance, will you be charged for additional storage, if you clean it up within a small amount of time?

We be charger for any EBS volumes, including additional ones, even if we only keep them for a shor time, but the charge is pro-rated by the second. If i create attach a 30GB volume and delete it few minutes later, I'll be charged only for the time it existed (as long as it was more than 60sec)
