How do you upload website files to a Windows web server using Internet Information Services IIS?

Uploading files to IIS windows Web server involves placing a file in a dedicated local folder.
(C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\site files). Creating new site in the IIS Manager is setting the physical path and configuring the bindings(http/https). Key steps include setting permissions for the IIS user(IUSR) and ensuring files are properly hosted.
