How do you create and configure Azure virtual networks?
Sign in to the Azure portal.

Create a new virtual network.

Provide basic details like subscription, resource group, name, region, IP address range, and subnets.

Configure advanced options such as DDoS protection, service endpoints, DNS servers, etc. (optional).
