How can you use AWS EC2 reversed instance with AWS VPC?

There is no EC2 offering called a Reversed Instance. Did you mean Reserved Instance?

A Reserved Instance (RI) is a billing discount, not a type of EC2 instance or networking feature. Your EC2 instance can run inside a VPC exactly as normal, and if the instance attributes match the Reserved Instance, AWS automatically applies the discount.

Yes. In Amazon EC2, you can attach multiple Elastic Network Interfaces (ENIs) to a single instance, provided the instance type supports it.
