How can you enforce data sovereignty requirements in a VPC?

Data sovereignty in a VPC is enforced by deploying resources only in approved AWS regions, restricting cross-region replication, using IAM/SCP policies to block unauthorized regions, keeping traffic private through VPC endpoints, encrypting data with regional KMS keys, and continuously auditing with CloudTrail and AWS Config.
