No, Azure Bastion does not support Microsoft Entra guest accounts for authentication to Azure VMs. While guest accounts can be granted access to Bastion, they cannot use their Entra ID credentials to log in to the VMs themselves; they must use traditional authentication methods like local credentials or SSH keys. Non-guest (internal) Entra ID accounts can authenticate using the Bastion native client feature.
