Can you take a backup of EFS like EBS, and if yes, how?

yes we can take a Elastic file system backup as recovery point in the S3 bucket and we can restore it to the Ec2 instances which is located in different AWS account, Regions, Availability zone.

we can achieve this by AWS backup and EFS to EFS replication services.
