Can we use a bucket from one AWS Region and access the website globally?

Yes, you can absolutely access the website globally, even if your S3 bucket sits in a single, specific AWS Region.
Because the internet is interconnected, any user in the world can fetch data from an S3 bucket in any region. However, doing this directly from the bucket introduces performance and cost issues.
