No, it cannot be shared between multiple VPC's as this is what allows the VPC to communicate with the internet. If it can be connected to multiple VPC's then the traffic supposed to reach a VPC will also reach another VPC, which raises a security issue.

No, an Internet Gateway cannot be shared by multiple VPCs in AWS. Each VPC can have only one Internet Gateway attached to it, and that Internet Gateway is dedicated to that specific VPC. If you need internet access for multiple VPCs, each VPC must have its own Internet Gateway.
