As we know that the cost of CloudFront (CF) will be calculated based on the data-out from the Edge location . If we choose Price Class as "All global users" and if users from the specific edge locations like US + Europe are sending the request means , The cost will be low only right even we enable Price classes as Global . Then why we need Price Classes in this scenario ?

So in this scenario if a user from different location trying to access then the cost of that location will be different or might be lower or higher but we pay the same amount as earlier this might increase or decrease cost so If we’re 100% sure our users will always be in US/Europe, Price Class All = fine. If we want to avoid surprises when someone from expensive regions accesses our site we restrict with Price Classes.
