3. Can a snapshot be used between only AZ of particular region or between AZ of different region?
A snapshot (such as an Amazon EBS snapshot) is region-independent in terms of Availability Zones (AZs)—it can be used across any Availability Zone within the same region, and it can also be explicitly copied and used in different regions.
