2.we created in one virtual machine and starting work on that .after 15 days we need to move the same from one region to another region .is it possible if space is available. if the movement is possible, then how the other parameters we need to set like(time zone,and any other settings in that machine?

Yes, it is possible to move an AWS EC2 instance from one region to another, but not directly—AWS does not support native cross-region migration of running EC2 instances. However, you can manually migrate the VM (instance) by creating an AMI (Amazon Machine Image), copying it to the target region, and launching a new instance from it.
