1. Web server(IIs) this is the core rule you install via server manager--> add roles and features--> select web server(IIS). it includes all necessary components to host websites on windows.2. RDP ( remote Desktop protocal)RDP is the standard protocal to securely connect and manage windows EC2 instance remotely. it uses port 3389 and provides a full graphical desktop session.3. Port 443by convention and default, https traffic uses TCP port 443. HTTP uses port 80, https uses 443 for encrypted connections.4. C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ this is the default physical directory where IIs stores the content files(html,css,js etc) for the default web site.5. allow inbound traffic on TCP port 443 from 0.0.0.0/0(or your required IP range)
