I have a scenario: I have created a VM Image and deleted the parent VM. Can I now create another VM image from the already available VM image?

What happened to the cost of the VM image when we delete the parent VM?

When we create a Azure Compute Galary VM image, does it cost similar to the parent VM?

VM status shows stopped and deallocated? What does that mean or difference between stopped and deallocated?
