Yes, It is Possible. There are a couple of workarounds, 1) Use Lambda and CloudWatch Log Subscription Filters. 2) Use Kinesis to ship log data to the logs account. 3) Use Elasticsearch as your log monitoring solution instead of CloudWatch Logs.
