it is ok to have interruptions on batch processing. So i am going with Spot instance and if there is interruption can i restart this AUTOMATICALLY when next spot instance is available?

Yes it is possible to restart the interrupted batch when a spot instances is stopped and when the other spot instance is available. Where AWS offers lots of services to continue the work where stopped
